Bio for Angela
“Problematic Internet Use and Influence on Quality of Sleep and Generalized Anxiety” started as a semester-long class project. Students agreed on the topic, did a basic literature review, designed and collected data, then analyzed some results, which supported our hypotheses. My interest in the topic prompted me to ask Prof. Matchinsky to support my independent completion of the project. This paper is important and relevant to people of all ages because of how central technology has become in our lives. We use our phones to work, study, wake up, travel, and more. It is crucial to understand the effects excessive use of the Internet can have on our lives. I hope others enjoy reading this paper as much as I did working on it.

My beliefs are still evolving, and while I haven’t reached a final answer, I hope this essay offers a good approach to starting your religious journey.
