NHCC offers volunteering opportunities for students who are looking to gain experience, build their resume, expand their network, and give back to the community.

Volunteering for Students

Students apart of the Honors Program can receive points from volunteering at NHCC events.

Students apart of Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) can receive service points from volunteering for PTK events and activities.

Students whose majors require service-learning experience can complete service hours by volunteering for community partners.

On-Campus Volunteering

NHCC’s Food Cupboard offers volunteer shifts on Fridays. These volunteer shifts serve as an opportunity to give back to NHCC, learn about food insecurity on college campuses, develop social skills, and build relationships with others.
