By choosing from in-person, online, hybrid, evening, and weekend classes, you can create a schedule that works for you. 

Choose from completely online programs, or just take online classes when it works with your schedule. 

Weekend courses give you another option to make college fit your schedule. 

Most of our 70+ programs allow you to choose from in-person, online, or hybrid courses.

Course Delivery Options 

Blended/Hybrid: 25% to 75% of instruction is online with regularly scheduled in-person meetings.

Completely Online - Asynchronous: 100% of instruction is online with no in-person meetings or meetings at set times, and no proctored exams.

Completely Online - Synchronous: 100% of instruction is online with no in-person meetings and no in-person proctored exams. Course has required online meetings or activities at set times. 

Mostly Online: More than 75% of instruction is delivered online with up to two possible in-person meetings and up to four proctored exams, two of which may be administered during the in-person meetings. Proctored exams not included in the in-person meetings may be arranged locally. Courses may have online meetings at set times. 

HyFlex: HyFlex presents the components of hybrid learning in a flexible course structure that gives students the option of attending sessions in the classroom, participating online, or doing both. Students can change their mode of attendance weekly or by topic.

How to Create a Flexible Course Schedule 

If you're a new student at NHCC, you'll work with an academic advisor to register for courses. You and your advisor can work together to register for the courses you need at times that work for you. 

If you're a current student, you can search courses by course delivery method, date, and time in eservices
