Hi, I'm Sara! I am a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - River Falls (go, Falcons!) In 2019, I received my Bachelor of Science in Marketing Communications with a minor emphasis in Graphic Design. I was hired at NHCC and joined the marketing team in November of 2019.
An exciting note, I got married in the spring of 2023, so you may see some variations of my name on the internet! I'll continue answering to Sara Mitchell (I'm still getting used to this new change, myself) but just know my official, legal name is now Sara Barrera!
I'd love to work with you on program promotion, sharing student stories and spreading the word about the awesome things going on in your classroom!
