Gina's Minnesota higher-education career began 20+ years ago as an adult student at Saint Paul College, where she was hired as a career and technical educator in their Culinary Arts program. Since joining the Student Affairs team at North Hennepin Community College, Gina has held positions as an intern, financial aid officer, academic advisor, and a career pathways advisor.
Finishing her Master's degree and working full time during COVID gave Gina a profound respect for our community of diverse students who sacrifice a lot to juggle life and to be successful with their skills growth. She gets immense pleasure from helping students sort out big decisions and discover their dreams.
Gina is also proud to work along side an awesome team of professionals across NHCC's campus who are committed to 'engaging students, changing lives.'
