Founded in 1981, the NHCC Foundation gives money back to students, faculty and the community through scholarships, grants and special programs.
The Foundation depends on and appreciates your support! There are many ways you can contribute, including monetary donations and volunteering.
Donate Financial support is much more than a gift of money! It provides deserving students with access to a higher education, who in turn, give back to society.
You can donate online, complete and mail a donation card, or contact the Foundation office.
Volunteer Volunteers bring it all together! You can serve on an advisory board or join a committee; attend or participate in a fundraising event; or become a mentor by speaking to a class, inviting a class to take a tour of your place of business, or hosting an internship or service learning opportunity.
Alumni and retirees are encouraged to stay connected with the college and their friends.

The Foundation supports and encourages student success with a variety of scholarships, ranging in value from $250 to $5,000. Hundreds of students are awarded with over $100,000 each academic year. Over $2 million have been awarded since the Foundation's inception.
High school seniors planning to attend NHCC may apply for two-year scholarships, which cover approximately one-half of the cost of tuition and books for a full-time student. Applicants are considered based on academic performance, extracurricular activities and financial need. Scholarships are also available to new and returning students who have been out of high school one year or more. These awards are based on a combination of career plans, commitment to education and financial need.
The Foundation hosts many fundraising and recognition events throughout the year in support of student scholarships.
In addition, there are many other campus activities.
