Summary:
North Hennepin Community College, one of the largest and most diverse two-year colleges in Minnesota, is accepting applications for the Vice President of Finance and Facilities/CFFO, MnSCU Administrator 9.
 
This position requires a high level of management experience, successful organizational skills and leadership, team building, staff development and excellent communication skills. The Vice President of Finance and Facilities serves as the Chief Finance and Facilities Officer (CFFO) of the college and provides vision, leadership, and strategic direction for college-wide budget development, budget monitoring, budget forecasting, fiscal affairs, physical plant, financial oversight for auxiliary enterprises (bookstore and food service), risk management, and safety/security programs.  This position serves on the Executive Leadership team and reports directly to the college president.  As a senior leader of the college and member of the Executive Leadership team, this position provides critical input to the president on key college issues and opportunities.

Summary:
This position provides college-wide technical support and assistance to students, staff, and faculty in the operation and use of computer hardware, software and the peripherals in Windows environment.  This includes providing Help Desk support, answering support questions, and hardware and software problem resolution.   This person will also carry out assigned special projects and assist with level 2 and 3 technical problems.

Summary:
The purpose of this position To administratively direct the operation of the Admissions & Information Center and coordinate with College departments so that students, faculty, staff, prospective students, and the general public are provided with timely and accurate information regarding student services, admission options, procedures, policies and events held on campus. This position will use and maintain the Constituent Relationship Management database. Facilitate inter and intra campus communication processes so that all affected receive timely, efficient and confidential services or the appropriate referral.  This position will assist the Admissions and Outreach Department in all aspects of recruitment activities, both on and off campus.  This position will manage all special admissions processes. It is accountable to process all special admission applications (transfer suspension, health careers, paralegal, Concurrent, Contact etc.).  Processing of applications that serve current students with answering questions and critically analyzes and assesses eligibly into these programs, along with the time intensive administrative duties these programs require. This position is accountable to process all online admission applications and lead the Satisfactory Academic Progress process in relation to Admissions. This position works collaboratively with other student service departments, marketing, academic affairs, and administration to ensure seamless delivery of services and expand access to education. This position acts as a lead worker to professional staff and supervises student workers and the Student Ambassador Program.

Summary:
North Hennepin Community College, one of the largest and most diverse two-year colleges    in Minnesota, is accepting applications for the Chief Information Officer, MnSCU Administrator 7.
 
The CIO position reports to the President and serves on the President’s executive team. The position leads the IT division and is responsible for developing and executing the IT Master Plan in support of all divisions and stakeholders of the college.  The CIO oversees 21 staff and directs of budget of approximately $2.3 million annually (personnel and non-personnel).  The position is responsible for all aspects of the IT budget, including budget development, review, implementation and oversight, vendor evaluation and selection, and the evaluation of appropriate technologies to support teaching and learning throughout the College for faculty, administration, staff, and students. In addition, the position makes decision on appointments, transfers, and promotions of IT staff, and develops, amends and institutes policies and procedures.

This person advises internal constituents, including president, vice presidents, deans, department chairs and faculty on strategic communication initiatives, as well as supports system office communication efforts.
