| Job Description | Academic Coaches are very specialized tutors who will assist students who are struggling with organizational and study skills. Each Academic Coach will be assigned up to 8 fellow students who they with will meet with one to two times per week in zoom sessions. Academic Coaches will assist in reviewing syllabi, navigating D2L, organizing calendars and due dates, and engaging in subject matter. |
| Qualifications | -GPA of 3.o or higher -Mastery of navigating within D2L -Strong desire to see fellow students succeed -Caring and patient |
| Work Schedule | Academic Coaches will work up to 20 hours a week on a schedule which is flexible and accommodates the coach’s own study needs. Tutoring/Coaching at NHCC is offered Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 3:45 PM. |
| Compensation | $15.00/hour |
