Job Title  Customer Service Specialist
Department   Foundation
Job Description   This position serves at the front desk of the Foundation Office. Professional customer service and communication skills required to both assist staff with various projects and interact with community members, donors, alumni, and job candidates. Types of projects include research, mailings, data entry, and event support. Daily tasks include campus errands, greeting guests and directing them around campus, and other general administrative support.
Qualifications   We are seeking eager, reliable, and positive applicants that strive for excellence in their work. Must have strong typing skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Work Schedule  
20 hours per week, flexible
Compensation   $10.00/hour
