Submit all required documentation to the VA Certifying Official, Andy Levesque, Admissions and Registration Office, ES 70, 763-424-0724.
If this is your first time using the GI Bill at NHCC, then you must submit the following:
- Veterans Benefits Certification Form
- Application for GI Bill
- If you have never used your GI Bill, or are changing chapters, then you need a signed copy of the DD 22-1990.
- If you have used your GI Bill and either changing schools or majors, then you will need a signed copy of the DD 22-1995.
- Military Service Records
- DD-214 if you were active duty
- NOBE if you are National Guard/Reserve and have not deployed.
- Any other supporting documentation, such as kicker contracts, college fund contracts, proof of any payments to the GI Bill, etc.
- COE (Certificate of Eligibility) when it becomes available from the Department of Veterans Affairs.
If you have received the GI Bill while at NHCC, then you must submit the following every semester:
