Testing Services

The Testing Center Provides:

  • Placement testing:
    - for native English-language speakers, and
    - for English speakers of other languages
  • Make-up or Proctored testing with approval from instructors
  • Disability Access Services testing accommodations
  • GED (General Education Development) testing
  • CLEP (College-Level Examination Program) testing  

Note: All computerized testing requires a scheduled appointment. All appointments (except those at the Buffalo location) are scheduled through the Testing Center at 763-424-0928. Testing at the Buffalo location is scheduled by calling 763-424-0747.

Placement Testing - NHCC Campus
March 1 - August 17, 2010 

  • Monday: 9am and 1pm
  • Tuesday: 9am and 3pm
  • Wednesday: 1pm and 3pm
  • Thursday: 9am and 1pm
  • Friday: No testing available  

Placement Testing - Buffalo HS

  • Tuesday June 29 at 6pm
  • Wednesday July 14 at 6pm
  • Thursday August 12 at 6pm  

Makeup Testing

  • Monday: 9am-4pm
  • Tuesday: 9am-6:30pm  
  • Wednesday: 1-6:30pm
  • Thursday: 9am-4pm
  • Friday: 9am-12pm  

GED Testing
The entire exam takes 3-5
appointments to complete

  • Tuesday: 3:30-6:30pm
  • Wednesday: 9-Noon  

CLEP Testing

  • By appointment only
