- Assist students who are transferring into NHCC from another US college or university
- Issue the I-20 to newly accepted students
- Work with prospective students through the ‘Change of Status’ or F-1 Reinstatement process

- Lead special orientation activities for F-1 students who are new to NHCC
- Advise current F-1 students on maintaining legal F-1 status
- Provide current F-1 students with information about on-campus work, OPT, travel, etc
