ALLISS Grant Charging
- ALLISS Grant students may receive required textbooks for your ALLISS course. Please keep your receipt!
- If you drop the course, you must return the textbooks (with receipt) immediately.
- Course materials must be returned in the same condition as purchased for a full refund.
- You are responsible for the payment of course materials that the ALLISS Grant does not cover.
- Additional information on the ALLISS grant program is available from Financial Aid.
Third Party Charging
- A third party may include a government agency, a non-profit organization, an insurance company or other institution that authorizes payment of your course materials.
- If you drop a course, you must return your course materials within five business days after the meeting of the first class session or you are responsible for the payment of the course materials.
- Textbooks must be returned in the same condition as purchased for a full refund.
- You are responsible for the payment of course materials for which your third party agency does not pay.
Check Cashing
- Make Checks payable to: NHCC Bookstore
- Amount of purchase only - no cash back.
- Your NHCC Student Photo ID is required
- Your phone number is required.
- A service fee will be charged for all NSF and closed account checks.
- The Bookstore does not accept starter checks, third party checks or checks signed by someone else (ie parents, uncles, friend, etc).
Credit/Debit Card Use
- For your protection a photo ID is required for in-store purchases.
- Amount of purchase only - no cash back.
- Refunds must be given on the original credit card account.
- The card must be physically presented at the time of in-store purchase. For your protection, we do not take credit card numbers written down or over the phone. Parents: please set up an account for your student in the accounting and fees office.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover only.
