The first step to learning more about the Nursing Program is to complete a Nursing Information Session. The session can be completed online or on-campus.
The Health Careers Advisor covers information on:
- Program requirements; courses, prerequisites, timeline
- The nursing application process
- Admissions criteria
- General career planning
- Answers to your questions
Online Session
This option is available for all students interested in the nursing program; however, if you would like to ask questions to the Health Careers Advisor please plan to attend an on-campus session (dates below). Feel free to watch this video (or sections) whenever you have questions about the nursing program.
The Questionnaire at the end of the video is required in order to confirm that you have completed the session. There is a new requirement for the Jan. 2012 Nursing Application that is not included in this online Information Session. In addition to watching the video, be sure to read the information about the HESI A2 Admissions Assessment.

There will not be on-campus session offered over the summer of 2012. Please check back for on-campus sessions in the fall semester or complete the online session above.
