Using the help desk

The statewide online learning help desk and support services (http://d2l.custhelp.com) will provide phone (1-877-235-2751), chat and email technical support for students and faculty using Online Learning. A searchable knowledge base will provide on-demand 24x7 support as well.

The Help Desk provides 16x7 phone and chat support from 7:30 AM until 11:30 PM, excluding holidays.

The site also provides on-demand 24x7 support via searchable FAQ's. This first tier of support can provide immediate answers to your questions via a searchable knowledge base. If you do not find an answer to your question, you can contact the Help Desk by using the same knowledge base.
