Some internet service providers (ISPs) create a custom browser that will not work with all software. If you use AOL as your internet provider, you will need to do the following steps:
- Connect to the internet using the AOL interface they provide for you.
- Once your connection is made, minimize the browser so it resides on the Taskbar at the bottom of your window.
- Open the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser (big blue e icon) and use this browser to access your online courses at Online learning.
