The Financial Office has a priority application deadline for summer of June 30. Student must provide all information needed to complete their summer award by the priority deadline. Information received after the priority deadline will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis with funds still available up until the application deadline published on the FAFSA website.
- Complete a 2009-2010 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). NHCC's school code is 002370.
- Register for summer classes.
- Review your application and provide additional documents. (You will be contacted by email if additional information is needed.)
- Receive your award notice via email and apply for loans if needed.
- Activate your NHCC HigherOne debit card and receive your financial aid disbursement.
Important Notice - New Loan Process
Beginning summer 2010 NHCC will be participating in the Direct Student Loan program. All students will need to complete a new Direct Lending Master Promissory Note (MPN) and loan request forms. First time borrowers will also need to complete an Direct Loan Entrance Counseling session. |
