Financial Aid Disbursement


If you are receiving a refund, you must activate your NHCC debit card at: www.nhccdebitcard.com. Additional information about when you will receive your card and how to manage your account is available here. Financial aid disbursement occurs once per week. 

  • During fall or spring, aid disbursement begins during the third week of the semester.
  • During summer semester, aid disbursement begins after the drop/add period for second summer session.

You can view your account balance or check to see if your aid has disbursed online. Enter your student ID and password, select the "Bills and Payment" link. Financial aid will not appear on your student account until after your aid disburses.
