If your NHCC award letter lists eligibility for a Perkins loan, you can apply for the loan by completing the following:
- Register for at least six credit hours.
- Complete a Perkins loan entrance counseling session.
- Complete a Perkins loan application.
- Sign your Perkins loan promissory note. You will need to sign a Perkins loan promissory note before each disbursement. The Accounting & Fees Office will contact you shortly after the drop/add period for the term to notify you that your promissory note is available to sign.
