Address Requirements

NHCC Debit cards, Accounting & Fees letters or notices and Hope and Lifelong Learning tax forms are mailed to the student's home address on file with the College. For this reason, it is very important that North Hennepin has the student's current address information. Update your address online through your student account.

Bills/Invoice Statements

Invoice statements are not mailed! Students may check their account balance online. The online account reflects all activity on a student's account for the semester listed. Activity includes charges, payments, third-party awards and financial aid posted to your account. Financial Aid which has been awarded and disbursed is listed in the payment section of your statement.

Email Updates

Tuition payment deadline reminders and informational announcements are sent to the student’s email address.

Failure to Pay Financial Obligations

A student who fails to meet financial obligations is prevented from registering for future terms. The College does not release official transcripts, degrees or certificates until all financial obligations are met.

Release of Student Information

Parents, spouses, relatives and friends must receive written permission from the student to gain access to student account information and/or to act on the student's behalf to add, drop or withdraw course registration.
