Mission
The Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Research serves the Administration, Staff and Faculty of North Hennepin Community College by providing the institution with the information and data required to support decision-making, facilitate intellectual inquiry, and assure the integrity and accuracy of the data for which North Hennepin Community College members serve as stewards.
Goals
The goals of the Office of Institutiional Effectiveness and Research are simple and few:

To support data-driven decision making, the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Research will provide accurate and timely information to North Hennepin Community College's decision makers

To aid institutional members in the design, implementation, and analysis of studies that answer research questions

To administer student engagement and satisifcation surveys with the goal of identifying areas to improve and enhance student learning

To establish a single source for every datum

To facilitate and coordinate the AQIP accreditation process
