NHCC is excited to host its Grand Opening of the Bioscience & Health Careers Center on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 from 10:30am-12:30pm in the BHCC Atrium!
The Schedule of Events is as follows:
- 10:30am - Building tours and technology demonstrations
- 11:30am - Speakers
- 12:00pm - Ribbon cutting, box lunch, and additional tours
- 12:30pm - Event concludes
Our keynote speaker will be Margaret Anderson Kelliher. She is the President and CEO of the Minnesota High Tech Association, former speaker of the Minnesota House of Representatives, and Vice Chair of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities Board of Trustees.

The BHCC is a 65,000 gross square foot stand-alone building located on the northern perimeter of the campus along 85th Avenue North. It will address the increasing need for bioscientists, nurses, and lab technicians through a variety of course offerings, workforce training, and degree programs and will include state-of-the-art laboratories and flexible classrooms for biology, chemistry, nursing, and medical lab technician programs.
