Return policy - textbooks

• Your original cashier receipts must be provided to accept any returns.
• Your NHCC Student Photo ID must be provided with all returns.
• New books and packaged items must be returned in the same condition as purchased. Items not returned in their original condition will be assessed a fee or may not be returnable.
• Returns are refunded in the same manner as payment was made. For example, books purchased with a credit card will be refunded to the credit card; books charged with financial aid will be credited back to the student's account.

The last day to return late start class textbooks is five business days after the first class meets.
