Third party

Third party billing refers to an outside agency or organization that accepts responsibility for payment of a student’s tuition, fees and/or bookstore purchases on behalf of the student. The third party authorizes payment and the College bills the third party directly.

Agencies or organizations requiring course completion or proof of grades before payment is authorized are considered tuition reimbursement programs. These programs do not qualify for the third party billing process.  Students eligible for a tuition reimbursement program are responsible to make their own payment arrangements and then seek reimbursement directly from their sponsor agency or organization.
