Financial aid disbursement

If the amount of financial aid is greater than the amount owed on the student account, the Accounting & Fees Office sends a check in the mail to the student.  Checks are mailed once per week on Friday.

Fall or spring semesters: 

• Aid disbursement begins during the third week of the semester. Students typically receive their checks during the fourth week of the semester. 

Summer sessions: 

• Aid disbursement begins after the drop/add period for second summer session ends. Students typically receive their checks during the third week of July.
  
  

Check the status of your student account. Enter your student ID and password, select the "Bills and Payment" link.  Financial aid will not appear on your student account until after the disbursement date for the semester.
