I am writing to express my gratitude for the contribution you have made in order to make my scholarship possible. There are no words to describe how grateful I am to have the honor of being awarded such a gift. This award will make attending school this semester much less of a burden for my family and I. Your generosity in giving your hard earned money to assist individuals like myself in furthering their education and ultimately their life is unbelievable.

I will make the most of this wonderful opportunity by excelling in school my last semester, spreading enthusiasm about my profession and by volunteering for fund-raisers that will give future students the same chance.
